By using the www.vietnamhairs.com site and purchasing anything with vietnamhairs.com, you are supposed to agree with the terms and conditions described below. If you do not agree with any part of the following terms and conditions, you must not use this site.

PLEASE READ THIS USER AGREEMENT AND THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS SITE IF YOU DONT WANT YOUR ORDER TO BE CANCELLED.

I. SALES POLICY:
1. Products, Price & Order:
a. Definitions about product & quality: Please read detail at https://www.vietnamhairs.com/price-list.html#definitions
b. Size: Sizes for our standard products exact with centimeter unit. Unit by inches only used as reference unit for people who never used centimeter unit. If you want to buy sizes exact with inches unit, we will build different price list. Size is counted from top to bottom of the bundle.
c. Quantity:
- For raw hair/bulk hair and weft hair, we sell by Kg (Kilogram), minimum 1Kg per item.
- For Single/Standard Double Drawn Hair: we sell maximum 2000Kg per month (per customer). *Requirement: With all orders over 10Kg, if you want to buy sizes 65~80cm you must to buy also sizes 50~60cm with bigger quantity and quantity of 75~80cm must be less than quantity of 65~70cm. Example: In order for 100Kg with sizes 50cm, 60cm, 70cm and 80cm: We recommended 30Kg 50cm, 30Kg 60cm, 20Kg 70cm, 20Kg 80cm. If you request for sizes 40~60cm or shorter sizes, you can buy any quantity you want.
- For Super Double Drawn Hair: we sell maximum 1000Kg per month (per customer). *Requirement: same as Single /Standard double drawn hair. We don't sell sizes 70~80cm with quantity more than 50Kg per month (per customer).
- For Ful Double Drawn Hair: we sell maximum 200Kg per month (per customer). *Requirement: same as Single /Standard double drawn hair. We don't sell sizes 65~80cm with quantity more than 1Kg per order (per customer).
- Other types (Virgin hair/ Double Drawn Hair/ Non-remy Hair/ Gray Hair/ White Hair/ Super Thin Hair...) and on-demand type: we will discuss detail with you on each your order.
d. Price:
- Prices in price list are in USD (U.S. Dollar) are just prices for hair, costs regarding to shipping and payment are not included.
- Prices in price list are fixed for all quantity. If you buy just 1Kg or even 1000Kg, price is not change.
e. Order:
- We accept payments by cash for direct orders and payment by bank transfer (T/T), money transfer (Western Union/MoneyGram) or PayPal for orders by email and online orders on our website.
- All online orders will be processed within 24-48 hours except weekend days/holidays.
- Our website support online orders with quantity upto 100Kg. If you want to buy larger quantity please email us your order to [email protected] or please buy directly. 

2. Packing & Delivery:
- We packing using carton box or sacks depend on your request.
- We ship to more than 200 countries around the world using door-to-door service of DHL/UPS/TNT or airport-to-airport service (Air Cargo) depend on your request. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping costs and delivery dates for you based on quantity you ordered. Example: 2~3 days for shipments bellow 50Kg, 3~5 days for shipments 50~100Kg, 5~14 days for shipments 100~500Kg, 14~20 days for shipment 500~1000Kg...
- We are not liable for any damages incurred by the shipping company (loss of goods, damage...) if you do not purchase insurance for your shipment. All compensation will be made by the insurance company. We are only have responsibility for provide all information needed to insurance company to help you quickly solve insurance claim.
- Consignee have to prepared all paperwork needed to provide to customs or pay import taxes for import human hair. Depend on each country, import taxes may be applied or not, taxes rate in different countries are different. We only provide Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Fumigation Certificate (if requested), C/O (if requested). We are not liable if shipment is held at customs because you can not complete customs procedure.

3. Cancel of the order: Once the order is paid, we won't accept the order to be canceled after 24 hours. If a customers cancels the order in the middle of the production process or after the order is finished without our approval, we have a right to take the customer's deposit money to compensate for damages caused by the cancelation.

4. Return/Exchange and Refund Policy:
a. Policy:
Commodity quality is our top priority. Customers can make a return request then get exchange of the product or get refund if products received are defective due to the manufacturer, within 1 week from the date of receiving the product (tracked by DHL/UPS/Fedex air-way-bill number).
Note: Only applicable when products have defects from the manufacturer and all items are still in its original condition when received, and must be unused. Customers need to pay 50% of the shipping fees and other costs incurred (taxes, customs costs, ...). Return/Exchange/Refund requests must be made within 7 days of receiving and meet the criteria outlined in below:
- Hair products must NOT have been installed, colored, cut, or altered in any manner.
- Please note: If the item is removed from the bundle and used in any visible manner, all refund and exchange policies are voided.
- The hair must be in its original bundle and not be untied at the top.
- The hair must be in its original packaging. All returned items must remain untouched, tampered. We are not accept returned items that have been used, or tampered.
- Customers should send all clear and persuasive proofs (videos, pictures, etc...) that showing the product's problem if they wish to have a solution. An unboxing video is very recommended. We have the right to refuse to solve cases with no clear proof.
- Customers have to return the package by themselves, not through a third-person who are not placed order with us. Returned products must be physically received at our corporate office before an exchange or refund can be granted.
- In case products arrives damaged because of transport, they can be return for repairs. However, it must be informed immediately to our customers service within 3 days of receiving and it must be allowed from us for returning. In this case, customers must pay 100% of the shipping fees and other costs incurred (taxes, customs costs, ...)
- We don't allow customized products (products that are NOT in catalogue provided by our sales representative or products produced based on the pictures or videos sent by customers) to be returned/exchanged or refunded.
- All cases should be reviewed and agreed upon by both parties. Please do not return products without our authorization. We assume no responsibility for lost items, unauthorized returns, or items sent to the incorrect address.
- We also assume no responsibility for packages damaged (because of customers or transport) or lost packages on return.
- At any case, the payment fee which collected by banks, money transfer services, or payment gateway providers will not be refunded.
Returns/exchanges of products or refunds are always create many unwanted hassles for both parties. So, we always explain all details about our products and quality before customers place order. Also, we always take pictures, film products to let customers check and get confirmation before delivering them to the carrier. We ensure 80-90% textures (styles, colors) accurateness for all products due to the fact that the hair in pictures, videos, and in real-life are always looks different. We strongly recommended customers should have full knowledges and understands about our hair product quality or please buy our samples hair with small quantity before continuing with further bigger orders.
b. Return Procedure:
- Step 1: We provide customers shipping details (location, phone number, shipping method, package, notes)
- Step 2: Customers give us videos and pictures showing clearly the status of returned products and quantities and inform us through Email or WhatsApp.
- Step 3: We will book the shipment according to the location provided by customers. The shipping service will pick up the package afterwards.
- Step 4: We inform customers when we have received the returned packages.

II. USE OF THE SITE:
1. Use of this site:
vietnamhairs.com is operated by Vietnam Hair Star Company Limited (VIETNAMHARS CO., LTD) and this Agreement is governed by the laws of Vietnam. This site is used for only purchase with vietnamhairs.com and is not used for any other purposes. You agree that you will not use this site and its content for any scam (or fraud) purposes.

2. Age and responsibility:
If you use this site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and your password and all activities that occur under your account or password. You represent that you are of sufficient legal age to use this site and to create binding legal obligations for any liability you may incur as a result of the use of this site. You understand that you are financially responsible for all uses of this site by you and those using your login information.

3. Privacy policy:
As a customer of vietnamhairs.com you are guaranteed complete privacy. It is required that you provide your account and personal details for payment online.
- Your personal information: we totally respect your right of privacy, therefore we only use your personal data that has been given for making shipping documents, your email address only use for vietnamhairs.com to contact with you. Our administration system is located within our own firewall protected internal network, thus your personal data will be protected in privacy. However, we will provide your personal data to government as the request for conforming to the law.

4. Liability of vietnamhairs.com:
In order to ensure your interests, we shall have liabilities as follow:
- To do not share, resell, or distribute your email address, or physical addressdetails with any other third party under any circumstances.
- To take responsibility for security and storage of your personal data totallyconfidential.
- To assume responsibility for customer's purchase.
Limitation of liability: we shall not:
- be liable for the information stolen if the stealing is done from your computer infected by the virus or by any other cause.
- be responsible for your computer system is damaged while the payment is happening.
- accept liability for losing your personal data cause of events which are beyond vietnamhairs.com’s control including war, civil disturbance, acts of terrorism fire, floods, unusually severe weather, acts of God, acts of Government or of any other authorities.

5. Customer’s responsibility:
- You commit to be completely responsible for personal information has been declared as honest, accurate. If there are errors, fraud or disputes arising, we has the right to cancel your order.
- You have the duty to check your account information to timely inform to vietnamhairs.com if there have any mistakes. we shall not accept any resolution of a complaint after 30 days from the date of payment.
- You have to be applied to install the precautions to ensure that any choice of what you use vietnamhairs.com website is not a virus or any threat from any outside intervention may or cause damage to your computer systems.

6. Modification:
We may at any time modify these terms and conditions and your continued use of this site will be conditioned upon the terms and conditions in force at the time of your use.
